For certain services, including but not limited to the Peace of Mind Assessment and Peace of Mind Assessment with Implementation, clients will receive a written report outlining findings, improvement areas, and security recommendations.
If any specific client requests or requirements extend beyond the capabilities of the technology currently in place, Devoted Technology may recommend alternative products, upgrades, or services to achieve the desired outcome.
Any such recommendations that require additional financial investment will be communicated transparently, with all costs clearly outlined prior to proceeding. Clients retain full discretion to approve, decline, or postpone any recommended upgrades or add-ons.
